Mike is a native of Cordele, Georgia and resides in Cobb County with his wife, Mona. Mike and Mona have four children: Mary Louise, Michael, Elizabeth, and Richard. Mike is a very active member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church. He serves in many areas of leadership within the church and other community organizations. 
Mike appreciates spending quality time with family and friends. He also enjoys backpacking, running marathons and traveling.
